Eligibility for Refunds:

• Refunds can be requested within 7 days of your purchase. After this period, the purchase is non-refundable.
• Only standard packages and digital services are eligible for a refund. Custom orders are exempt once the design process has commenced.

How to Request a Refund:

• Simply email us at support@elitecreative.top with your order number and the reason for the refund request.
• Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exclusions:

• Custom design orders are non-refundable once design work has begun.
• Refunds will not apply to services that have already been fully delivered and approved by the client.
